Australia orders: 2-7 business days

International orders: 7-10 business days

All orders are shipped from Australia.

Caring for your Lyftdwear

  1. Read the care label on your activewear for specific washing instructions.
  2. Sort your activewear by color and fabric type to prevent color bleeding or damage.
  3. Pre-treat stains with a small amount of detergent or stain remover.
  4. Use a mesh bag to prevent tangling and stretching during the wash cycle.
  5. Avoid fabric softener and dry under lower temperatures without dryer sheets or line drying.

At LYFTDwear, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following policy for orders:

Order Placement

Placing an order with LYFTD. is quick and easy. Simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you have reviewed your order, proceed to the checkout page to complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the items ordered, the total cost, and the shipping address. Please review this information carefully and contact our customer support team if you notice any discrepancies.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our dedicated team will begin processing it. All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day.. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the items for a refund or exchange as per our return policy.

Order Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Products with smells from perfumes, make up stains, markings, signs of wear, soiled items will not be eligible.
